Norwegian VIP Account Manager

We are looking for a Norwegian VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian both written and spoken
  • Proactive person with good support / sales skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to details
  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Being able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues
  • Able to analyse customers' behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
  • Monitor customers' performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
  • Ensure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
  • Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
