Key ActivitiesMarketing and content creation- Re-write blog articles from English to Swedish and Norwegian with a focus on SEO optimization and cultural adaptation for local audiences.
- Translate and create website copy that captivates our target market and conveys our brand's message.
- Support the scheduling and posting of social media content, ensuring an engaging online presence in Swedish and Norwegian-speaking markets.
- Participate in local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on projects that support the overall growth of the brand.
- Assist with translations and proofreading of marketing materials.
- Help in organizing and promoting events, fairs, and other marketing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and contribute new ideas to improve our marketing efforts.
Outcomes and KPIs- Strong collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, resulting in increased lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
- Consistent quality and accuracy of translated materials, reflecting high engagement rates in Swedish and Norwegian-speaking audiences.
- Timely completion of marketing projects with positive feedback from the team and local markets.
TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVEKnowledge/Skills- Proficiency in English, Swedish and Norwegian with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience in content creation and digital marketing, with a solid understanding of SEO practices.
- Tech-savvy with experience in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with translation and localization of content for different markets.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in copywriting and content production.
Experience- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content creation and social media management.
