Job Description
The
Market Research Consultant handles local, regional and multinational accounts and is responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships in Norway - a new market for YouGov Consumer & Shopper Intelligence.
Reporting to our Commercial Director for Sweden and Norway, the
Market Research Consultant undertakes a variety of exciting duties across new business development, client sparring, analytics and professional consulting.
The Market Research Consultant will work independently in a team of skilled market research colleagues who take pride in their work and being part of a warm-hearted environment.
You Will:- Drive and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic lead identification and the development of business potential.
- Manage a portfolio of FMCG clients independently and as part of a team
- Deliver outstanding client consultancy with actionable insights from our panel data
- Implement and manage solutions for better insights
- Feedback client requirements to support future solutions and drive innovation
- Support other consultants to deliver identified solutions and presentations
You have:- A robust and energetic personality with a high level of engagement and drive
- Strong sales and client focus with good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills, able to recognize insight from data sets
- A degree in Business/Administration and ideally previous experience in Market Research/Data Consulting (agency or client-side)
- Knowledge of the Norwegian FMCG market (in addition, knowledge of the Danish and Swedish market is a +)
- Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English
