Norwegian-speaking Quality Analyst to join our quality-focused Lisbon operations!
RoleYoull monitor customer interactions, uphold service standards, and guide improvements to ensure excellence in performance.
Responsibilities- Analyze customer communication for quality and accuracy
- Provide coaching and performance support
- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions
- Collaborate with operational teams for alignment
- Document evaluations and insights
Requirements- Native/fluent Norwegian, strong English (B2+)
- Excellent listening and analytical skills
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Previous QA or BPO experience desirable
Conditions- On-site (shuttle/transport allowance provided)
- Base salary 1650 + 9.13/day meal allowance
- Health insurance (since Day 1)
- MondayFriday (9AM6PM)
- Training included
