If so, join us as an Order Management Specialist in our Global Business Centre in Belgrade! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Sales teams by managing customer orders, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring customer expectations are met.

Responsibilities

• Professionally and efficiently understand and interpret standard and major project order inquiries to maximize business opportunities.
• Provide excellent telephone and email customer support while meeting defined service levels and performance targets.
• Review and verify quotation offers to ensure commercial and technical accuracy prior to order placement.
• Approve commercial offers in line with current business guidelines.
• Understand, interpret, and communicate technical and commercial concepts appropriately for different customer types.
• Generate and maintain technical and commercial documentation to support order processing.
• Manage and process spare parts orders.
• Process Custom Product Request (CPR) orders, coordinating with CPD teams, factories, and third-party suppliers to meet agreed quality, service, and performance targets.
• Liaise closely with bid/quote, sales, lighting design, and other internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.

• Educational background in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
• Relevant experience in sales operations, ideally within an order management or customer service environment, would be considered as an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Mandatory experience working with MS Office applications. SAP and Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Very good verbal and written English skills. Norwegian in addition would be considered as a strong advantage.
