Your role
- Lead daily contact centre operations
- Develop and support supervisors and agents
- Drive performance across KPIs: CSAT, SLA, AHT, FCR
- Improve ESAT, attrition, and absence rates
- Recruit, onboard, and retain multilingual staff
- Implement process improvements and AI-driven solutions
- Ensure GDPR and COPC compliance
- Collaborate with global teams to optimise operations and customer experience
You have:
- 3–5+ years of contact centre/BPO leadership experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational delivery
- Strong competence in recruitment and retention
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- A hands-on leadership style with a strong people focus
- Professional level of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of COPC standards or AI tools is an advantage
