Responsibilities - Provide technical support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat to customers using electronic products
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and solutions in a detailed manner in our system
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues
- Offer guidance on product features and best practices for use
- Stay informed about product updates and technological advancements
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and support skills
Requirements - Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the electronics sector
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-centric attitude with a focus on resolving issues
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and technology
