Norwegian-Speaking Solutions Consultant - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position includes fully paid relocation, giving you the opportunity to establish your career in a thriving and supportive environment.

In this role, you will work directly with Norwegian-speaking clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering tailored technology solutions designed to meet those needs effectively. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities

• Communicate with Norwegian-speaking clients to understand their business challenges and objectives
• Develop and present customized solutions addressing client requirements
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients to maximize solution value
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and solution details
• Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies
• Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven knowledge of technology solutions and consulting processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Relevant experience in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
