As an Online Store Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Norwegian-speaking clients, assisting them with their online shopping experience and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Assist customers in Norwegian through various online platforms, providing timely and effective support.
- Guide clients through their online shopping journey, helping them with product inquiries and facilitating orders.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and online store operations to provide informed assistance to customers.
Requirements - Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a dedication to helping customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
