Key Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist clients with queries related to products, services, and account management.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions within the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client experience.
- Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and updates relevant to clients.
Requirements - Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
