Responsibilities - Assist Norwegian-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
- Provide training sessions on system functionalities and best practices for efficient payment processing
- Quickly troubleshoot client issues and deliver effective resolutions
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client challenges
- Collect and implement feedback from clients to improve service offerings

Requirements - Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills for effective client engagement
