We're looking for a content strategist to own the planning, execution, and optimization of a large streaming platform's Norwegian social media presence. You'll be the driving force behind content that feels culturally sharp, on-brand, and built to perform, working closely with the Always-On and Editorial teams to shape strategy and lead the Norwegian creative content.

What you'll do: You'll manage the full content pipeline for our socials, from intake and scheduling to publication, making sure everything is accurate, timely, and culturally relevant. You'll act as a point of contact for the client, handling feedback, sharing performance insights, and identifying new opportunities. You'll also lead social strategy and priority titles, defining content pillars, managing calendars, and collaborating with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver campaigns that cut through.
Beyond execution, you'll continuously monitor and analyze performance across our channels, using data to optimize strategies and improve both engagement and reach. You'll engage authentically with audiences, participate in local trends and conversations, and help build genuine affinity for the brand in Norway.
Who you are:You're deeply curious about data and performance, not just reporting numbers, but using them to make smarter decisions. A/B testing isn't a chore for you; it's how you think. You're always asking why something worked and how to make it work better.
You have a nose for trends. You're not the person who jumps on a trend when it's everywhere - you're the one who saw it coming weeks earlier and can make informed decisions and actions accordingly. You live online in the cultural space and have a genuine feel for what resonates with our social media audiences.
You bring a strategic mindset to our channels, but you're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details of a content calendar or a community management thread. You will happy writing captions, and you are not afraid to occasionally create content.
What we're looking for:- Solid experience in social media, content strategy
- Strong understanding of the Norwegian market, culture, and digital landscape
- A data-driven approach with experience in performance analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Experience working with or alongside creative and analytics teams
- Creative capabilities, you can write and edit social media assets
