Investment Advisor - Norwegian Market

HI Partners is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Investment Advisor who is fluent in Norwegian to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg. As an Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert investment advice and guidance to our clients in the Norwegian market, helping them achieve their financial goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and contribute to our success in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish enduring relationships with our clients, guaranteeing they consistently receive outstanding service.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with high net worth.
• Act as a bridge connecting our clients, our Investment Policy Committee, our research and trading departments, as well as multiple service teams.
• Consistently keep clients informed regarding any changes in their portfolio, updates on financial markets, our current market strategy, and investment philosophy.
• Obtain advanced education in finance and capital markets through our comprehensive training program

• Candidates must have a valid EU passport or a work permit for Luxembourg.

Requirements

• Experience working with private clients in the banking/wealth management sector for a minimum of 2 years
• A strong understanding of financial concepts, markets, current events, and industry trends
• Proficiency in both native Norwegian and native or fluent English language skills (Knowledge of other European languages is a plus)
• Ability to effectively communicate and educate diverse audiences
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and empathy towards clients in various situations
• Possession of MiFID certification, relevant training, or equivalent qualifications
• CFA or similar educational background is advantageous
