We are now looking for a case handler for our Cost Control Norwegian department, located in Torrevieja. We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and has an interest in administrative work. Working hours are mainly during daytime, Monday to Friday.
Main responsibilities: - Processing and registering invoices
- Telephone service regarding invoice inquiries
- Responding to incoming emails
- Handling reminders and debt collection cases
- Assisting with calls related to roadside assistance during peak season, if needed
