Are you a hunter ready for bigger game? A leading HR tech scaleup is looking for a high-performing Account Executive (Mid-Market) to join its Nordic sales team in Amsterdam. This role is made for ambitious closers ready to chase down bigger, more complex SaaS deals — owning the full cycle with opportunities in the €50–100K ARR range and a €750K annual quota.
With a dedicated BDR supporting you, you’ll still be expected to generate at least half your own pipeline. From building trust with C-level stakeholders to running strategic conversations with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC, this is your chance to win bigger, sell smarter, and outperform the competition.

- Hunt and close new business in the Nordic mid-market segment
- Own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed contract
- Deliver engaging, tailored demos that speak to senior decision-makers
- Generate at least 50% of your pipeline through proactive outbound activity
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder conversations with C-level executives
- Maintain sharp forecasting and account data in Salesforce
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
Who are you?
- 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS mid-market sales
- Proven success closing €50K+ ARR deals with organisations of 300+ employees
- Native in any Nordic Language, fluent English
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
- Experience working with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC
- Skilled in negotiation, objection handling, and consultative selling
