Time & Attendance Country Lead

About the role

This is a brand-new role at Strawberry, created to strengthen local support and adoption of Quinyx, our workforce management system, across hotels. You'll be the go-to person for super users in your market, and you'll play a key role in developing how Quinyx is used and configured going forward. We will have two similar roles one with responsibility for Sweden and Finland (located at the office in Solna) and the other with responsibility for Norway and Denmark (located in the office in Oslo).

It's a shared role by design: you'll work closely with both our Time & Attendance Manager and our People System Specialist, giving you visibility across the full people tech stack. Giving the role a mix of development projects and tech support. If you enjoy connecting the dots between systems, people and local ways of working, this role is built for you. You'll be a part of the People Digitalization team with 7 other colleagues and our journey of transforming the People tech landscape in Strawberry. Every role in the department has ownership of different areas but is also expected to understand and work across the full People tech stack so that data, processes and support connect end to end.

Key responsibilities

• Drive local adoption and development of Quinyx, feeding market-specific needs back to the wider Time & Attendance working group.
• Drive development projects within Quinyx
• Confirm and maintain local configuration details in line with group-wide standards
• Act as a bridge between HRIS and Time & Attendance systems, so data and processes connect smoothly across the two
• Support training and onboarding for super users in your region
• Provide hands-on support to super users helping them get the most out of Quinyx

What we're looking for

• Experience with workforce management or HR systems - hands-on Quinyx and Successfactor experience is a strong plus
• A genuine interest in working across systems, and comfort connecting HRIS, Time & Attendance and local business needs
• A strong service mindset - comfortable being a first point of contact for super users
• Fluent in Norwegian, Danish or Swedish, plus English
• The role will be based at our head office either in Oslo or in Stockholm

What we offer

• A newly created role with real influence over how Quinyx develops in your market
• Close, ongoing collaboration with both our Time & Attendance and People Systems teams
• The chance to shape a role from the ground up, as part of Strawberry's broader People Digitalization journey
• A People Experience team that takes systems and data seriously - and has fun doing it
• We dream big and aim high - we have big ambitions and aren't afraid to take a bit of risk
• Great employee benefits - amazing discounts across our hotels and restaurants, and with external partners
• As a SuperColleague, you get 4 free hotel stays per year
