As a Norwegian-Speaking Sales Development Representative, you will drive client acquisition for our digital marketing portfolio. Working with industry-leading advertising technologies, you will help businesses across the Nordic region optimize campaign success, extend market visibility, and expand their digital reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Business Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and targeted email campaigns to generate leads and pitch digital marketing solutions to Nordic B2B prospects.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain, expand, and structure client data within the CRM system to ensure clean records and consistent outreach workflows.
• Consultative Selling & ROI Demonstration: Analyze client needs, answer technical product questions, and clearly outline the financial return and strategic value of our ad products.
• Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Monitor Nordic market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine outreach approaches and boost conversion rates.
• Stakeholder Navigation: Engage key decision-makers (including internal teams and external agency partners) and address objections to secure new business.
• Target Achievement: Reliably achieve and exceed sales metrics, outbound KPIs, and performance goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or C2 fluency in Norwegian, combined with strong business English. Additional Nordic languages are a bonus.
• Proven Sales Experience: At least 20 months in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or pipeline development, alongside hands-on CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Nordic Market Expertise: Strong familiarity with Nordic corporate culture, communication styles, and the local digital ad landscape.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of regional data protection rules (such as GDPR) to ensure fully compliant engagement practices.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to convert market insights into successful sales pitches and navigate complex ROI discussions.
• Core Competencies: Highly motivated, self-driven, organized, and adaptable to both autonomous and team-focused work environments.

• Compensation Structure: €25,330 annual base salary plus performance incentives up to €4,470, totaling an expected OTE of €29,800 gross per year.
