Position: Customer Service Representative (Norwegian)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Competitive salary package

€1,350 gross/month, increasing to €1,400 after 6 months + Uncapped amount based on KPI (average €250-300/month) + Relocation support for candidates moving to Cyprus
Option to receive €1,500 when arranging own accommodation
Alternative relocation option with flight reimbursement up to €300 and company accommodation for up to two months
First month of company accommodation free, second month €100

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high-quality customer support to users via phone, email and live chat
• Assist customers with account-related, technical and platform-related inquiries
• Support users with password resets, payments and general account management queries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions
• Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Meet defined quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and attendance targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent Norwegian speaker (minimum C1)
• Fluent English
• Completed secondary education
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Good computer and technology skills
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented approach
• Clean criminal record
• Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus.
