Investment Advisor - Norwegian Market

HI Partners is currently seeking a talented and dynamic Investment Advisor who is fluent in Norwegian to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg. As an Investment Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert investment advice and guidance to our clients in the Norwegian market. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to our success in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives and providing personalized investment advice
• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' financial profiles and risk tolerance to recommend suitable investment strategies
• Stay up to date with market trends, economic conditions, and investment products to offer informed recommendations
• Create customized investment portfolios and plans based on client needs and goals
• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, making adjustments as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing account management
• Adhere to industry regulations and internal policies

Important Note:

• Candidates must have a valid EU passport or a work permit for Luxembourg.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field
• Proven experience as an Investment Advisor or similar role
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus
