Contract Analyst with English and Danish/Norwegian, Warsaw, Poland

Are you experienced within the field of administrative processes, working with data and internal systems? We are looking for a new colleague to become a part of our Group Contracts Team working for Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland and Romania, based in Warsaw, Poland.

As our team member, you will have a great influence on shaping your own working day and be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Reading client framework agreements and preparing new contract templates based on them
- Sending out contracts and other agreements on a daily basis
- Correcting, updating and adjusting agreements and contract templates
- Signature hunting
- Updating and correcting information in different systems
- Archiving documents
- Close collaboration with Legal/Compliance
- Supporting account managers
- Collaboration with other teams within the Group
- Serving as the point-of-contact for consultants, suppliers and clients regarding contract-related questions and internal systems
- Ad-hoc system support to Consultants and Suppliers
- Preparing standardized procedures and instructions to ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the team
We prefer that you
- Have at least 2 years of experience in working with details in written material, documents and databases
- Have a natural flair for and are motivated by working with people services and have a good understanding of the importance of being a support function to others
- Have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and are result-oriented
- Have a strong sense of discipline, know how to structure your way of working
- Have experience in working with Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
- Have a high sense of detail and overview
- Have professional communication skills in Polish, English and Danish/Norwegian.
- Have an outgoing and service-minded personality with strong communication skills
- Are flexible and know how to prioritize your tasks
