Job Description:

What would you do on a daily basis?

• Dealing with billing issues via email and phone;
• Providing customers with necessary information and possible solutions;
• General administrative tasks (e.g. Creating reports, fulfilling data base).

We expect from applicants:

• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Fluent Swedish/Finish/Danish or Norwegian (written and spoken);
• Very good English (written and spoken);
• Strong communications skills;
• Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines;
• Ability to analyze figures and processes;
• Problem solving attitude;
• At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (only for internal candidates).
