Norwegian-speaking Senior Implementation and Support Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will join a well-established and experienced team of 14 highly skilled colleagues across locations in Scandinavia. Your primary collaboration will be with two colleagues at our Stockholm office, but you will also have the flexibility to operate from either our Copenhagen or Aarhus offices. Expect to engage in close partnerships with domain experts and Incident Managers to ensure high-quality product support for Systematic's customers - with a particular focus on our library solution, Cicero.Drive implementation and support for customers in the Norwegian market
You will share responsibility for implementing and supporting new Cicero customers, primarily focusing on the Norwegian market but potentially all of Scandinavia. You will help to ensure that our products are implemented in the best possible way to support the work of local users and librarians. Therefore, you can anticipate working with:
Tech-savvy domain expert with a high degree of customer focus
- The implementation of new customers - primarily in the Norwegian market
- Providing high-quality support to our customers and understanding their needs
- Training and educating users in the use of our Cicero suite
- Collaborating with developers and other domain experts on newsletters and other forms of user documentation
We are looking for a colleague with a flair for working and talking with all types of customers and the skills required to understand customer needs and effectively communicate these to our developers and business partners.
Ideally, you are native or strongly proficient in Norwegian, speak English and Swedish, and may be able to speak Danish. You have experience from the library and information services industry - either as a librarian, your educational background or similar. Additionally, it is a benefit if you are tech-savvy and used to working with IT systems.
As indicated, we have customers across Scandinavia, so you can expect up to 30 travel days a year.
