Norwegian speaking Junior Service Delivery Manager
Tietoevry Tech Services invites to join our Delivery Support department as Junior Service Delivery Manager (SDM). SDM Office in Riga delivers full-scale SDM services for selected customers in Norway. The job includes administration of service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring the fulfilment of SLAs by providing statistical reports and making recommendations regarding the data quality and capacity.
With us you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a Junior Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with administration of customer agreements (SLAs)
- Providing SLA reports for customers
- Creating, updating invoices for customers and follow-up on actual consumption
- Providing different invoicing reports using Excel, ERP and ITSM tools
- Ensuring timely service delivery and provide extended customer support when needed
- Escalating incidents/requests, if needed
- Co-operating and communicating with Tietoevry Customers, colleagues, and IT technicians in a timely and accurate manner
We expect you have:
- Fluent English and Norwegian language skills
- Strong computer skills: proficient user of MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Word
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and experience with Service Desk will be considered as advantage

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate's professional competence compliance with job demands.
