Our client is a fast-moving international online leisure company with around 100 employees, focusing on selling Short-Term Hotel Breaks to the Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German consumers. The company is growing successfully by promoting and selling competitive value for money packaged short-term hotel stays in 15 countries across Europe to couples that need a break now and then from everyday life.
As Business Development Manager you contact existing or new hotels by phone or via online meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) for pre-qualification, booking of meetings, close last-minute deals on the spot, lead or take part in negotiations and successfully close top hotel offers.
You are a doer, creative, trader and courageous dealmaker
You are goal-focused: setting, tracking, executing and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals
You lead and manage your own hotel portfolio
You lead by demonstrating excellent people skills
You are a happy telemarketer always enjoying selling and buying
You have very high interpersonal and communication skills
Experience that will support your success:
You have experience in outbound and/or online / sales
You have successfully managed and developed your own key accounts
You have managed and executed online / telemarketing sales campaigns
You have successfully built very good commercial relationships with new and existing key account partners
You have year on year increased your sales volume
You speak Norwegian and English fluently (essential)
