Key Responsibilities - Deliver back office support for inquiries from Norwegian-speaking customers, managing communications through various channels.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions, internal processes, and any discrepancies that arise.
- Identify and propose enhancements to processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Keep abreast of gaming industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed and knowledgeable support.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the gaming field.
Requirements - Fluency in Norwegian (both oral and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles, preferably in the gaming sector.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Willingness to work in Sofia and embrace the local culture.
